The tax deadline to file and pay has been extended to July 15, 2020. 
Communicating With Your Preparer
You will still get to talk to your preparer about your return. Once your preparer receives your paperwork, they will contact you with any questions. If your return is more involved, they may ask you to schedule a phone appointment to review your documents.
Receiving Your Tax Return
Once completed, you have the following options: you can receive digital copies through our secure online portal (standard) or have it mailed back to you.
Payment and Signature
Once completed, you have the following options: you can pay and sign electronically through our secure portal (standard) or you can mail us a check and send us signed copies.
1. Secure Online Portal
This is the easiest and more secure way to send your documents. Call or email us to activate your portal account. Once activated, we will send you a temporary password so you can begin uploading your documents. Be sure to include a copy of your ID (front and back) and your completed Tax Preparation Checklist which you can download from our DOCUMENT CENTER.
To Get Started:
  • Log in to our secure CLIENT PORTAL and upload your documents.​
  • Once your documents are received, you will receive an email verifying receipt of documents, the name of your assigned preparer, and an estimated date of completion.​
2. Email Password Protected PDF
You may email your documents ONLY if you send PASSWORD PROTECTED pdfs. Do not email personal information. Email is not considered secure. Be sure to include a copy of your ID (front and back) and your completed Tax Preparation Checklist which you can download from our DOCUMENT CENTER.

3. Mail
